Terms of Service

These terms govern use of LeadHeron, a service of Bimeo Digital Solutions, LLC ("Bimeo"). By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

LeadHeron provides a website assistant that answers visitor questions from your content and captures leads, and an attribution service that reads the emails and form submissions you route to it and matches leads, quotes, and sales to marketing channels. Each product is subscribed to separately and billed monthly through Stripe. Plans include usage limits shown on the billing page; when a limit is reached the product pauses until the next period or an upgrade. We do not bill overage.

Your responsibilities

Answers and extracted records

The assistant answers from your documents and shows its sources, and the attribution service extracts quotes and sales from your emails using language models. Both can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything you rely on, including conversion data sent to your advertising accounts.

Trials, payment, and cancellation

Each product offers one free trial of 14 days. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can change or remove a product at any time from the billing page; changes are prorated. Cancellation stops future charges and pauses the product at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Data

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we handle it. You can export your data or ask us to delete your workspace at any time.

Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change features with notice, and may suspend a workspace that violates these terms or threatens the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bimeo's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and Bimeo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue attributed or not attributed by the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
